Our story
From a beach conversation to creating unforgettable padel experiences across Spain
Summer 2024, Barcelona
Padel Breaks was born on Bogatell Beach after a sun-soaked conversation between three friends who shared a passion for padel and travel.
The London Struggle
Will was frustrated with organizing padel in London - nightmare bookings, sky-high fees, and rain interrupted matches. A far cry from Barcelona's beachside rallies and post-game cañas.
The Lightbulb Moment
UK friends kept telling Will how lucky he was to have Barcelona's buzzing padel scene at his doorstep. At the same time, Marta and Elena were always booking courts for visiting friends. That's when it clicked — we were onto something!
Making padel in the sun accessible to everyone
With combined local knowledge, love for the sport, and passion for travel, we realized we had everything needed to create something special. Our mission became clear: make the joy of playing padel in Spain's sunshine accessible to everyone.

Co-Founder & Customer Relations
Originally from Worcestershire, Will has been splitting his time between Spain and the UK for the last few years. His background is in Product Ownership and more recently Enterprise Sales leaving him perfectly placed to help you find your perfect padel break! Marta Suarez
Co-Founder & Product Design
A lover of holidays that combine active experiences, great food, and quality time with friends, she's been introducing her UK friends to padel for years. With experience living and working in the UK, she believes Padelbreaks offers the best of both worlds and is excited to share the fun with you all!
Elena Garcia
Co-Founder & Partnerships
Originally from Gran Canaria, Elena has studied and worked in travel and hospitality tech, both in the UK and Spain. She is now putting this to good use at Padelbreaks by managing relationships with our wonderful padel and travel partners in Barcelona and the Canary Islands!
