These Terms apply to all services provided by Padel Breaks, including pre‑organised padel retreats, private group bookings, and bespoke padel experiences.
By making a booking, you accept and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all services provided by Padel Breaks, including pre‑organised padel retreats, private group bookings, and bespoke padel experiences ("the Services").
You must be 18 years or older at the time of booking, and you accept these Terms on behalf of all participants listed.
For pre-organised retreats:
Deposit
- • Amount: £199
- • Due: At the time of booking
- • Non-refundable, unless cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking
Final Payment
- • Amount: Remaining Balance
- • Due: Once the retreat is confirmed (i.e., all players have signed up)
Confirmation Timing:
- • The retreat may be confirmed earlier than 60 days before the start date
- • If confirmed more than 60 days before the retreat, the payment link will remain valid until the 60-day mark
- • If confirmed within 60 days, the payment link must be used within 48 hours
For private group retreats and bespoke experiences, the payment schedule will be discussed at time of booking.
Payment is accepted via Wise (TransferWise).
- • Retreats are cancelled if a minimum number of participants is not met
- • We will confirm or cancel no later than 30 days before the start date
- • If we cancel, we refund all payments in full
For the pre-organised trips:
Deposit (£199):
Non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
After Final Payment:
For private group retreats and bespoke experiences, the participant cancellation and refunds policy will be discussed at time of booking.
- • You are responsible for arranging your own travel, visa, and passport compliance
- • For the pre-organised retreats, we strongly recommend booking flexible or refundable flights until we have confirmed the minimum number of participants has been reached
- • Padel breaks do not take responsibility for any flight costs that have been incurred by participants in the case of a pre-organised retreat that does not take place due to minimum numbers not being reached
- • You must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, cancellation, and personal items
We disclaim liability for:
- • Personal injury or health issues during or following the retreat
- • Flight or transportation delays/cancellations
- • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- • Standard pricing is based on shared double occupancy
- • Private/single rooms are available at additional cost; request in advance based on availability
- • We may need to modify schedules or services due to weather, facilities, coach availability, or similar factors
- • We will inform you promptly of any significant changes
We are not liable where performance is impacted by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, severe weather, epidemics, transport failures).
- • We comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR in Spain)
- • Personal data will be collected and used solely for booking purposes and not shared beyond service providers or legal requirements
- • These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain
- • Any disputes arising under these Terms must be resolved in the competent courts of Spain
Padel Breaks is operated by a self-employed individual ("Autónomo") registered in Spain, and all services are provided in accordance with applicable Spanish laws and regulations.
